Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy sessions include not only appropriate yoga poses, but breath work, hand mudras, mantra and mediation to treat disease in the body. Sessions also include lifestyle suggestions and always include homework to continue practicing between sessions. You do not need previous yoga experience for yoga therapy. The techniques of the sessions fit you, and how you are on any particular day.

Therapy takes commitment and work on your part, and I’m here to help guide and support you along the way.
