Thai Yoga Bodywork, also known as Thai Massage, is an ancient form of massage that is more energizing and rigorous than classic forms of massage. During a Thai Yoga Bodywork session, you wear comfortable clothes so you can be moved and stretched easily. Sessions take place on a padded mat on the floor, and combine assisted yoga poses, muscle compression, acupressure, joint mobilization and energy work. You do not need to have a yoga practice to enjoy this healing therapy. Sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, rested and alive.
- $75 per hour, plus tax. Sessions available in increments of 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
- Sessions can be brought to your home or work at an additional cost.
