1. Fall 2017 Yin/Yoga Nidra Class

Number of Reservations

Looking for a way to refocus your mind and unwind your body after a whirlwind summer? Do you need a quiet space to plant the seeds of intention for the fall? Do you crave tools to help you get clear about your goals? Prior to class, you will receive a worksheet to help create a clear intention or goal that you want to accomplish. Once in class, we begin with a yin practice, which opens and prepares the body for the yoga nidra meditation. Yin involves holding poses for an extended amount of time, to invite release in the connective tissue in the body. In the practice of yoga nidra, your intention or goal is planted in your subconscious mind, so that your thoughts and actions start to align to make your goal a reality. This takes practice, so you will also receive a recording of the meditation to continue the practice at home. Refocus with clarity and direction, and see your goals become a reality.

When: Sunday, September 10th, 2017

Time: 2:00-4:00PM

Where: Four Gates (4238 Nicollet Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN).

Space is limited to 15 people per class.
